You can't sell a house without exposure, even if selling to friend or relative, it's a very high chance they would like to see what they are investing in prior to purchase. This can be done in one of two ways, they can either come to the property in person, or see it in an advertisement. As far as ads are concerned there are many types: newspaper, magazine, online listing sites and more. As the online world takes over, its clear the obvious choice for realtors and independent sellers alike is to list on the internet. Even when internet postings are made oftentimes there may only be one or two low quality photos from poor angles. My goal is to change that by providing high quality aerial and land photos accompanied by a video tour of all the property's best features.
